From Auto Repair to Urban Living

Once an auto repair facility on the southwest corner of Temple Street and Beaudry Avenue, this eight-story mixed-use building now contains 53 residential units above a three-level parking podium with 64 private spaces.

The unit mix includes studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, with four units designated for very low-income households, contributing to the city’s affordable housing goals.

Visible from the 110 freeway, the 94-foot mid-rise is characterized by a contemporary design, featuring dark cement plaster facades and integrated open spaces, including a central courtyard and a rooftop pool deck.

Located at 1100 Temple Street, the project was completed on an 18-month construction timeline.
